Accreditation and Designation Statement (CME)

ACCREDITATION STATEMENT
The University of California, Irvine School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

DESIGNATION STATEMENT
The University of California, Irvine School of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 6.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

The University of California, Irvine, College of Health Sciences provides contact hours for registered nurses by the Program in Nursing Science as approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 11349 for 6 contact hours.

The County of Orange Health Care Agency is an approved provider of continuing education credits for the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (provider no. PCE389) and is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists.

CHES - 6.5 Category 1 CEH will be provided.  Provider: Orange County Health Care Agency, Health Promotion Division.  Provider No. CA0085 and approved by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing Inc.
