EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEES POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE March 2, 2012: $160.00
REGISTRATION FEES POSTMARKED AFTER March 2, 2012: $185.00
Groups of 5 or more on or before March 2, 2012: $150 per person
Registration includes program, syllabus, continuing education credit (CME), CEU and MFT/LCSW credits, continental breakfast and luncheon.
Cancellation Policy: All monies will be refunded, less a $20.00 administrative fee, if cancellation is received in writing before March 2, 2012. After March 2, 2012, no refunds will be made, although you may transfer your registration to another person.
